This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who I am
All Done by AK is run by Abdikarim Sharif, a sole trader based in Birmingham. I'm responsible for the personal information collected through this site.

What I collect
When you fill in the contact form, I collect:
- your name and business name
- your email address and phone number
- what you need, your current website if you add it, and your message
If you email me directly, I'll have your email address and anything you include in the email.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, call you to talk about your website, and, if we agree to work together, to provide the service. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where you ask for a quote or become a client, the steps needed to enter into and carry out a contract with you.
I won't add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Formspree receives the contact form and forwards it to me by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your form details are transferred outside the UK. Formspree's own privacy policy, on formspree.io, explains how it protects that data.
- Microsoft Outlook stores my email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to a font service.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry after 12 months. If you become a client, I keep what I need for as long as you're a client and for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or object to how I'm using it. Email hello@alldonebyak.co.uk and I'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
